Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home

Responsibilities:
- Checks that the contracts and other required paperwork have been received and are accurate.
- Adds the client’s data to the AHFC system and assigns an account number.
- Places the contract and any supporting paperwork in the proper folder for future reference.
- You must be adaptable because business needs may cause timetable changes.
- When necessary, mandatory overtime; currently, this occurs on two Saturdays every month from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
Requirements:
- A 6-month employment contract
- In-person in Irving
- Seeking those that are interested in a career
- Will undergo cross-training and rotate between departments about every few months.
Additional abilities & credentials:
- Problem-solving abilities and meticulousness
- Excellent Communication Skills are required
- Customer service and problem-solving expertise
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly recommended
- Best degrees: bachelor’s OR associates
- An average of one to two years of professional experience
