For a motivated Bilingual English/Spanish Call Center Specialist, we have a fantastic opportunity! Are you a customer service expert who enjoys working in a dynamic workplace and is driven to improve client experiences and customer relationships? If so, we have a job for you.

In order to foster client loyalty and boost revenue, this function entails managing customer connections and working in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities:

• Managing over 100 incoming calls
• Helping clients over the phone and over email
• In a busy setting, deliver first-rate customer service.

10 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. There are instances when overtime is required, with a start time of 7am CST.

Requirements:

• ESSENTIALLY BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
• Experience in a call center is required, however remote experience is encouraged.
• High-speed internet at home!
