Customer Service Representative – Remote Jobs

Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home
Location: Pennsylvania work from home

- The position is preferred to be permanent (long-term).
- All applicants must be interested in a hybrid role in Pittsburgh with the requirement to work both from an office (in Downtown PGH) and from home.
- Candidates must be able to work remotely and have operational high-speed internet.
- The necessary tools would be provided.
- All instruction is given
Every shift has a 30-minute lunch break. We have the following shifts available:
- 10am–6:30pm (Wednesday–Sunday; closed Monday and Tuesday)
- 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday; closed on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to each incoming call from the customer list.
- Make sure that requests are responded to quickly.
- Verify and follow the progress of work orders.
- Analyze the caller’s demands and is empowered to put the appropriate response plan into action in order to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with client personnel.
- Ability to continue a discussion with a client while entering data into a system.
- Decide when to elevate important tasks or problems that require additional help to solve.

Requirements
- Experience with Answering Inbound Calls
- Applying a supportive, upbeat attitude and a professional demeanor to all jobs
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly, that has been demonstrated
- When interacting with internal and external partners, clients, and consumers, one should feel at ease and confident.
- Desired: 2+ years of demonstrated performance in a setting that values goals and customers.
- Excellent administrative and customer service abilities
- Capable of using computers and other devices
- Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Active problem-solver who pays attention to client indications and actively addresses issues in a gracious and honest manner
- Experience conducting in-depth research to answer challenging customer concerns
- Strong verbal, writing, and listening communication and interpersonal abilities
