- By effectively communicating with clients over the phone, via chat, in email, and on social media, we can deliver quality service and foster relationships.
- Calls will include shipping logistics, refunds and returns, product queries, and warranty inquiries.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- High Speed Internet (50 Mbps download) and Type 40 WPM
- A peaceful, distraction-free workplace
- Equivalent to a high school diploma
ENVIRONMENT FOR WORK:
- Remote but must reside in the states of Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.)
