Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home

Responsibilities:

• Will reply to emails in a queue, entering data from Excel about individual clients.
• Send emails and phone calls to several labs requesting the delivery of supplies so that the personnel of your clients can successfully complete the exams.
• Responsible for answering around 60 incoming calls per day to help donors schedule their testing or to respond to simple inquiries regarding the procedure or lab locations
• May phone collection sites directly to follow up on problems or set appointments.

Requirements:

• 1 year of recent experience in customer service (call centers preferred, although long-term retail experience is acceptable) You must have the ability to type while on the phone
• We want someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving setting.
• Working comfortably with two monitors
• Simple Excel abilities: how to add and alter columns and produce their own simple spreadsheet
