Among other things, responsibilities include the following: • Responding to incoming calls from clients and consumers, both present and potential • Enter purchase orders • Deliver excellent client service • A feeling of urgency • Multitasking • Must be able to juggle numerous tasks at once; • Must have prior experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace! • Phone personality required
