Time4Learning is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative who will be in charge of answering phone calls, sending emails, chatting on instant messaging apps, and responding to social media queries from customers of Time4Learning.com. Every customer service representative has received training on how to respond to every kind of inquiry, including those about billing, technical assistance, homeschooling, and products, among others.

The ideal applicant will work four-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Eastern time, supporting our Time4Learning clients.

The work must be done remotely, but it must be done by Eastern Time.

Responsibilities:

• Use a variety of channels to communicate with customers, such as chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Answer any consumer issues (billing, technical support, homeschooling, and product-related questions) as soon as possible.
• Determine trends and offer solutions that will satisfy customers.
• Maintain a record of all communications, remarks, and grievances from clients.
• Address client issues by offering suitable answers or substitutes within reasonable bounds and by following up to guarantee resolution
• Employ strategies that will provide a flawless first impression.
• At all times, keep a cheerful, sympathetic, and professional demeanor toward clients and coworkers.
• Required must be available for sporadic Saturday work

Requirements:

• Two years minimum of experience in customer service and retention; call center and remote experience preferred.
• A thorough understanding of Google Drive, Outlook, Microsoft Office, email systems, and the internet
• Exceptional written and spoken abilities
• The ability to multitask in a hectic setting is a must. At least one year of homeschooling experience is advantageous.
• A minimum internet speed of 7 Mbps is required. There will be a speed test.
