Responsibilities:
You will be assisting Aetna Medicaid members and providers over the phone as a Member Service Representative. You will offer support with a variety of inquiries, including requests for ID cards, provider changes, and eligibility. Every time a call comes in, we work hard to provide the person on the other end a great experience. Inbound calls are made, and this position requires excellent customer service abilities.
Answering incoming member and provider calls and addressing questions about benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization needs, additional benefits and programs, etc. are just a few examples of responsibilities.
Need secure, high-speed internet connectivity through ethernet cable; WiFi use is not allowed.
The business offers training and equipment.
Pay Scale
The standard pay scale for this position is as follows: Minimum: 17.00 Maximum: 27.90

Requirements:
Required credentials
- Must live 50 miles or less from Richmond, Virginia.
- Experience working in a Medicaid call center, knowledge of QNXT, SUV, PeopleSafe, and other pertinent systems, aptitude for verbal and written communication with members and providers, and aptitude for meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality objectives.
- Must be able to work remotely and demonstrate independence.
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of working remotely in a call center environment. has knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
Education: at least a high school diploma GED
