Responsibilities:
- Based on incoming phone member contacts, informs members of the benefits of the plan, responds to inquiries, and handles problems.
- Employs standards-compliant documentation
- Offers sympathetic and customer-focused service
- Our standard is to exceed the expectations of our members.
- Make sure that every member is treated with respect, courtesy, and that all inquiries are fully addressed.
Be able to work from 8am to 6pm.
Must be an EST/CST resident
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 17.00 minimum; 27.90 maximum
Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated capacity for compassion and empathy

- Basic knowledge of computers, typing, and phones
- An equal level of military service
- Be able to work from 8am to 6pm.
- Must be an EST/CST resident
Recommended Requirements: Experiences in customer service are preferred
Education
GED, high school diploma, or comparable work experience
