For the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business of CVS Health, we are actively employing teams to provide customer care support.
Responsibilities:
You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans in this position. To help our members better understand their coverage and alternatives, you will handle incoming calls and provide answers to inquiries about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order medications. You will provide the solutions required to assist them simplify their medical experience through your talents and knowledge. If you meet the requirements, we provide the flexibility of working from home. The requirements for working from home include, but are not limited to, having your own internet connection that meets the required speeds, having a secure workspace free from interruptions, and successfully completing the training course. In this capacity, compliance with the law and HIPAA are essential.
For your success on the team, we have an extensive training program. This also includes up to six weeks of on-site training. Self-paced modules, leadership participation from day one, and hands-on learning are all part of how training is designed to allow you to learn! Depending on a person’s onsite and WFH role experience, the training venue may change.
For people juggling priorities at work and at home, scheduling alternatives are intended to help them construct a flexible work schedule. We now have full-time schedules available that range from 30 to 40 hours per week. You will have a regular schedule, albeit your days off and working hours may change.

We may need to modify our scheduled working hours to accommodate the fluctuating call volume as we staff our business in a strategic and dynamic manner. There may be times when we need you to work longer than usual hours due to periods of peak volume. Likewise, there are instances when call numbers decline, and we might request that coworkers shorten their allocated hours. Without affecting benefit eligibility, any desired increase or decrease in hours will be reported to a coworker in advance. Starting pay is $17.50!

Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 17.00 minimum; 27.90 maximum
Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.
Requirements:
Required credentials
- 1 year of customer service experience (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Knowledge of Windows-based programs on computers
- Possibility of constructive, fruitful problem-solving
- Reliability and adherence to timing guidelines
Preferred Requirements
- Six months’ worth of job experience in a call center or a healthcare-related industry
- Plus having a healthcare credential, such as a Med Assistant
- Being a primary caregiver, having experience caring for elderly people, or volunteering in the community
- Spanish language fluency is a bonus
- Possibility of constructive, fruitful problem-solving
- Able to relate to consumers in a compassionate, helpful manner that shows a sincere interest in enhancing their quality of life
- Reliability and adherence to timing guidelines
- Possessing the capacity for tolerance, empathy, assurance, and assurance
- Strong customer service abilities, including professionalism and polite telephone manners
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills Education Preference given but not required for prior work from home experience
Education: the equivalent of a high school diploma
