On March 27 and 28, we will hold two on-site hiring events at our Orlando location, during which our hiring managers will conduct in-person interviews. Before receiving an invitation from one of our Hiring Managers to attend, candidates must submit an application, complete an assessment, and undergo a phone screening. We currently work remotely, but as our business needs change, we might need representatives to work in the office.

Our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) team is looking for committed, kind, and sympathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team who have a sincere desire to support people during some pivotal moments in their lives. The customer service agent in the call center is a representative of the business, and our employees are what make us successful.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming phone calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies asking about Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) advantages and mail-order pharmacies.

• On average, 50–70 calls per day are anticipated.

• You’re expected to switch between several applications on various screens while taking consecutive calls.

• During orientation and the first 90 days of employment, 100% attendance was anticipated.

• Use one-call resolution and independent problem-solving techniques to address customer complaints.

• Being aware of call center metrics and working to meet or exceed them while delivering excellent, reliable customer service.

• Take advantage of a work-from-home environment where you can communicate virtually with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in customer service for one year is necessary.

• You need a focused workstation free from interruptions.

• Microsoft Outlook proficiency at the intermediate level.

• Outstanding verbal, writing, and organizational skills.

• The capacity to stay composed and helpful even in trying circumstances.

• Encourage collaboration and teamwork across departments to address problems and enhance customer experience.

• Knowledge of computers and the capacity to control many applications at once.

Whether you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.
