As a customer service representative, it will be your responsibility to concentrate on offering the best solutions for the client and the company. You will handle insurance claims and service policies while giving policyholders advice on the agency’s minimum insurance requirements. You are responsible for cross-selling, agency retention, and conducting in-depth policy evaluations in this position. You will support the Division Operations Manager in all tasks and unique initiatives as given by the Manager, and you will support all business demands as they may relate to the obligations of the business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides clients with services by responding to inquiries about products and services; proactively shares information about additional products and services in relation to client demands.
  • Updates account information using the Vertafore management system to maintain client data.
  • Clarifies the customer’s complaint, ascertains the root of the issue, chooses and explains the best way to remedy the issue, expedites correction or modification, and follows up to ensure resolution.
  • Makes suggestions for possible goods or services to management after gathering and examining customer data.
  • Supports the team’s efforts by completing pertinent tasks as needed.
  • Collaborates with the insurance sales team on problems of retention and new business.

Worksite details:

—Open Monday through Friday

—8:30am-5:15pm

–$16-$17/hr
