A 8-hour shift must be available five days a week between Monday and Sunday from 6 am to 12 am.
Responsibilities:
- Support incoming calls for live food orders for the merchants & customers of the partner while upholding five-star customer service.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s usage of systems and processes to encourage beneficial outcomes.
- Utilize a varied staff that is passionate about what we do and the influence we are having on this sector while operating with a willingness to develop.
- Go above and above to produce the finest result for our clients.

Additional abilities & credentials:
- 2 years of experience providing customer care over the phone, email, or chat; however, consumer-facing experience is also acceptable.
- You possess excellent language, spelling, and punctuation inside a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system like SalesForce, along with good written and vocal communication abilities.
- You are a people-loving, customer-obsessed person.
