Responsibilities:
- Answer between 80 and 100 calls per day on average by responding to questions from members, resolving issues, and offering
- A new product announcement.
- Respond to members’ phone calls in a timely and suitable manner.
- Respond to questions about banking products, such as checking, savings, loans, and credit lines.
- Completely and promptly record all client inquiries and feedback.
- Maintain positive business relationships with members by politely and quickly addressing their concerns or inquiries, and
- Efficiently resolving a member account issue
- Identify the needs of members’ financial services and suggest services and products to meet those needs.
- Gather loan repayments from members.
- Many accounting transactions to manage.
Skills: customer service, member service, and call center data entry
Requirements:
- Experience in retail or customer service previously.
- Experience working in a call center or financial institution is a bonus.
- Excellent computing capabilities. You’ll need to be able to type rapidly, do searches, and complete transactions while giving our members a pleasant voice and a high-quality experience.
- At least a GED or High School diploma.
Knowledge Base: Low Level
Training is scheduled to begin on February 6, 2023, and will run weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After training, Monday through Friday. CURRENT SHIFTS AVAILABLE: SHIFT:
- 10am-9pm
- 12:00pm – 11:00pm
- 4/10s
Will work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) AND Get 2 Weekdays in a Row Off.
