Customer Service Representative – Aston Carter Remote Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from both new and old customers and give them a wonderful, thoughtful experience.
• Help consumers arrange a home inspection Help customers renew their monthly or yearly memberships (some customers have a set date where a Service Technician comes out monthly to inspect)
• Make sure the customer is satisfied by the work being done by entering the correct dates and times for the appointments into the system.

Start: 2/08

$14.50 per hour

Must be available for an 8-hour shift from Monday through Sunday, from 6:00am to 8:00pm CT.

Place: Totally remote (All needed Equipment will be provided)
