Requirements:
Process customer orders, keep track of product availability, and promptly resolve any problems arising from consumer enquiries, among other customer service-related tasks. Verify that each customer’s key performance indicators (KPIs) are satisfied.
- Create correct invoices and check accounts on time.
- Check the accuracy of the inbound receipts.
- Create and maintain professional customer interactions
- Create client reports as requested by the customer (such as weekly and monthly late/bill reports).
- Work with the warehouse team to organize daily shifts and coordinate product availability.
- Special client requirements should be coordinated with operations, and when required, accelerated
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client difficulties
- Maintain and file documentation in a thorough, orderly manner.
- Take part in activities and programs aimed at enhancing customer service procedures.
