Responsibilities:

Consumer Assistance

  • Respond to consumer inquiries and address issues
  • Process correspondence accurately and promptly.
  • Carry out other tasks as instructed.
  • Ensuring that all corporate policies and procedures are rigorously followed will strengthen legal and operational compliance.
  • Obeys the proper compliance policies and guidelines

Collections

  • Outbound and incoming calls that are 5-29 days past due are repeated. Calls made at the start of the collection process and conversations with consumers to determine the best course of action. The goal is to receive payment; perfection is not required.
  • Determine the underlying reasons why a customer is being unruly; then, utilizing negotiation techniques and customer education, develop successful solutions for the client and the customer.
  • Effectively raise the percentage of customers who are satisfied (meet qualitative objectives)
  • Become an effective departmental member (meet quantitative objectives)
  • Keep your enthusiasm and optimism in check.

Requirements:

  • Seeking career-minded individuals who wish to enter a top organization as interns or employees
  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college.
  • Although it is not necessary, you must be willing to learn collections.
  • Experience with customer service (food service, retail, call center, receptionist, admin, etc)
