Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home

Responsibilities:
- Helping clients and consumers submit their SBA PPP loans
- The majority of phone calls and emails are from small business loan applicants or third-party financial firms attempting to assist business orders in getting their loans authorized.
- 1-2 days of assistance at the front desk until the end of the year
- Help with inquiries about applications, required documentation, account fraud, and discussing other loans
Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST
$19.58 per hour
Requirements:
Must possess
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2+ years at each business stated on the resume; 1-2+ years in an accounting, banking, or lending capacity; OR 3-4+ years in a call center or customer service capacity
- Having access to dependable high-speed internet and working from home
- Working in a position where performance is managed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Being able to work independently while simultaneously knowing when to ask for assistance
- Dependable internet access and a quiet area for working from home
PERFECT TO HAVE:
- Prior practical knowledge of PPP loans
- Knowledge in the financial sector Prior job experience at a front desk
