  • The chosen applicant will answer calls from recent clients to check their billing records.
  • They will call, email, and mail the customer a letter in response.
  • All questions about their accounts, including but not limited to those about account balances, outstanding balances, late fees, payback plans, changes to insurance, and disputes on the account, must be answered by them.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound calls from patients or insurance providers seeking answers about billing are swiftly returned.
  • Clarifies issues, investigates solutions, considers alternatives, implements solutions, and escalates unsolved issues to resolve difficulties.
  • collects and inputs patient data into R1 Tools and the hospital host system.
  • Send complex billing concerns up the chain of command to a higher level employee or manager for resolution.
  • With patients, discuss payments and payment schedules.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to patients to set up payment plans for their medical and hospital costs.
  • uses all available phone, email, and chat capabilities to help patients and callers with difficult problems.

Can be located anywhere in the USA

Requirements:

  • ESSENTIALLY have one year of call center experience
