Responsibilities:
- Responding to roughly 40 incoming calls per day, including client inquiries concerning fueled vehicles.
- Responds to questions and issues from the fleet and the drivers.
- Understand the unique needs of each client.
- For all incoming calls, use call tracking.
- Examine driver phone calls for patterns.
- Log every call for metrics’ sake.
- Aim to keep conversation times to 2.5 minutes or less on average.
- Maintain service levels of 80% or more.
- Dials different oil companies as necessary.
- Respond to a range of inquiries from clients, including
- Learn the benefits and features of the fuel program.
- Recognize and foresee the needs and expectations of the client
- Understand and follow up on a variety of duties and issues pertaining to fuel operations.
- Create efficient channels of contact with your coworkers and drivers.
- Continuously keep up daily contact with customer service-related concerns
- Assist the department manager and team leads in onboarding new clients.
- Answer inquiries from customers, drivers, and internal departments
- Work together with AEs, AMs, Fleets, and Drivers to manage questions and provide solutions.
- Make sure to perform consistently while adhering to client service level agreements
Requirements:
- Recent office customer service encounters
- At least 6 months of experience working in a phone center
- Have experience handling a lot of incoming calls and emails
- Excellent phone and communication presence
- Keyboarding and computer skills
