Responsibilities:
• Takes care of communications (mostly phone calls) from customers with different levels of knowledge about residential water heating and related products, with a focus on professionalism, ownership, and resolution.
• Handle 60–100+ calls a day that come in
• Fixes problems with water heaters that the Residential Technical Support department is responsible for.
• Follow up on orders to make sure they are delivered by the dates specified.
• Check and make sure the customer’s price and discount.
• Talks with people from production, sales, shipping, the warehouse, or a common carrier to speed up or find lost or late shipments.
• Act in a professional way with angry customers.
• Get information about what customers think
