Representative for Engagement Development
Pay: $20-21.00/hr
Brentwood, Tennessee (ON-SITE)
The Engagement Development Representative is an important member of the care team in charge of the administrative tasks associated with providing transformative kidney care. As they call prospective patients to share the importance of enrolling them in the plan, Engagement Development Representatives are the first voice the patient hears. The Engagement Development Representative is responsible for calling patients to educate them on the existing benefits of their healthcare plan and essentially encouraging the prospect to allow them to transfer the patient to our Membership Advisors to get them enrolled in our program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients using scripts to inform them about client services and encourage them to enroll in our free programs.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing patients to gather any necessary information before transferring the call to the appropriate team to share the program’s benefits, home care management visits, telehealth meetings, physician office visits, dialysis center tours, group support sessions, and other appointments as needed.
- Notate and enter data into Salesforce as needed to support all call activities.
- Outbound calls should be answered with a positive attitude, establishing rapport and trust with patients.
Shifts:
10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday; 11 a.m. – 8 p.m., Sunday – Thursday
Requirements:
- Experience in a Call Center
- Outbound Phone Calls
- Coordination of Customer Service Care
- Scheduling Appointments for Member Services
Additional Qualifications & Skills: Ideally, 1+ year of healthcare call center experience OR 1+ year of call center experience is required.
