To give members and potential members the full range of products and services provided by the client, including lending products, credit/debit cards, and depository accounts such checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts. to carry out under supervision somewhat complex platform banking tasks. Help out and coach your team’s lower-level members.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of retail, cash handling, and customer service; banking experience is not necessary but is wonderful to have!
- Effective communication skills whether speaking, calling, and emailing
- Affable demeanor with the capacity to influence teammates and the team for the better
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, investigate, and fix issues and irregularities with member accounts and loans
- Help members submit applications for credit cards, overdraft protection, and consumer, mortgage, and equity loans.
- Inform potential and current members of the company’s products and services.
- Make sure to handle money and other negotiable instruments responsibly.
- Determine opportunities for product cross-service integration and raise product penetration
- execute platform banking operations.
- help members of level I teams
- Recognize and adhere to federal and other rules governing financial goods and services.
- Possibly helpful in opening, closing, and balancing procedures for branch office vaults.
- may act as a branch office and/or the guardian of an ATM vault.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and on Saturday, full-time, 40 hours each week. 8:30 am – 2:30 pm Saturdays must be available for work.
$17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience
