Position Description:
By providing excellent and effective customer service through verbal and written communications, the Customer Experience Associate is responsible for assisting Figo in maintaining and expanding our culture of offering the greatest customer care in the business.
Responsibilities / tasks:
- Manage a large volume of incoming calls, chats, emails, and text messages effectively
- To satisfy customers, determine their wants and evaluate them.
- Utilizing Salesforce CRM, keep track of customer interactions.
- Accounts and transactions for customers are processed.
- Respond to inquiries concerning Pet Cloud and Figo Pet Insurance, including inquiries about coverage and Pet Cloud technology.
- successfully close a sale from an inbound lead
- Managing difficult customer situations
- Observe the Figo communication protocols and rules.
- Go above and above to develop ties with customers and their trust in the Figo brand.
- obtaining a five-star review for Figo as a result of pleased customers
- Intervene in internal and external inquiries
- Participate in and carry out relevant professional, technical, and career development training, as well as obtaining related credentials as necessary.

Having a supervisory role:
- Must be very organized and self-motivated; great time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are assets.
