Position Description:

Senior Customer Success Managers are essential members of the expanding Managed Services team at Quisitive. This is a consultative, billable position evaluated on account usage and client satisfaction. Your standing as a customer advocate will be determined by the portfolio of clients you are given. By successfully delivering Quisitive’s solutions and services, you will be in charge of proactively ensuring that your clients’ intended outcomes are met. You will also be in charge of driving continuous improvement for any Microsoft cloud solutions implemented in your accounts.

The following will be done:

  • Being the “Voice of the Customer” to obtain Inquisitive resources and solutions that meet client business requirements
  • establishing dependable one-to-many connections with your client corporations and being familiar with their objectives
  • marketing and promoting Quisitive products and services with the aim of increasing sales
  • assisting with planning and roadmap efforts between Quisitive teams and your customers
  • promoting empathetic team members by giving them two-way feedback on the provision of services, dangers, and possibilities
  • communicating with and controlling service and resource escalation as needed
  • assembling, compiling, and recording corporate goals and problems, including producing standard and personalized reports.
  • ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and the terms of service

  • collaborating with stakeholders from the business world and clients
  • Being able to defuse tense client situations and engage in difficult dialogues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities as well as originality in problem solving
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in project, account, and/or customer management
  • Knowing Microsoft cloud products from a user’s standpoint, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and experience in the information technology services business
