Responsibilities:
- In charge of organizing customer appointments for custom door, window, flooring, siding, etc. measurements.
- Correctly parsing a sales contract with the help of the measurement forms.
- Uploading every document to the digital storage files.
- Manage and keep track of consumer records
- Submitting requests for new services, improvements, and installations
- Submitting requests for new installations
- Telephone quality control
- Receives a region to manage and assist
- Informing clients of projects and delivery dates for their requests
- Calls both inbound and outbound
- Returning calls from both new and returning consumers.
- Monitoring outstanding service requests
Collecting money for services and installations
- Submitting service requests online
- Returning call-backs
- Depending on the season, 30 to 60 calls are made per day.
