Position Description:
- Calling high-risk members who haven’t finished their eligibility renewal process.
- The call’s objective is to notify the member that, according to records, they still need to submit their renewal.
- Will educate members on the need and urgency of completing the eligibility process, as well as give phone help if needed.
- Will be required to operate a phone system to make outbound calls during two weeks of each month and inward calls during the other two weeks of the month as part of the PHE unwind.
- All calls unrelated to PHE unwind will be transferred.
- Must be able to traverse systems in order to document outreach activities.

A MUST-HAVE:
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment is required.
- 1 year or more of health-care experience
- A minimum of a high school diploma is necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Requires compassion and the ability to work with those who are going through difficult times.
- Someone must be detail-oriented, kind, and dependable, as well as having a basic understanding of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to type at 30 wpm or faster
- Excellent communication abilities
- The ability to operate quickly, efficiently, and on time
