What You’ll Do on an Average Day
- Provide advice and make travel arrangements for corporate business clients (both individuals and groups)
- Perform travel choice analysis and research, and anticipate traveler needs to market extra services.
- Plan and book domestic and international business travel of varying complexity, including air, road, rail, and lodging.
- Make use of Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, and Amadeus. Training could be offered.
- Verify that customers’ agreed-upon travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Use good phone service tactics and respond to particular consumer demands.
- To increase service levels, work with your employees to coach, mentor, and provide constructive criticism.

What We’re Seeking
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent client service, including proactive anticipatory needs
- Local GDS knowledge (Sabre, Apollo, and/or Galileo)
- Professional interaction (written and verbal)
- Pay close attention to detail and protect personal traveler information.
- Have a thorough understanding of the travel sector (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
- Addressing customer issues swiftly and independently / in collaboration with suppliers
- Collaboration and openness to feedback
- Fluency in French is advantageous.
