Position Description:
The Member Service Professional (MSP) will be responsible for providing excellent service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge, which is located (ONSITE) in the Dallas DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. MSPs will be the face of American Express to our customers, serving as brand ambassadors. They will be able to thrill our customers and deliver on the brand promise if they work as a cohesive team. A successful MSP in the Centurion Lounge will have a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our top Card Members in a customer-facing environment. Our MSPs are highly qualified and driven individuals that provide American Express Card Members with travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services. As consultants, our MSPs will personalize our products and services to Card Members’ current requirements while also deepening their engagement with American Express.
Responsibilities:
- When our Card Members arrive at reception, we greet them and give them access.
- Being responsible for and taking responsibility of the customer’s experience from start to finish
- Developing novel approaches to resolving client difficulties or concerns in order to gain their brand loyalty; ultimately, making a devoted enthusiast out of the customer.
- Using the Customer First philosophy to meet the requirements and expectations of customers.
- Concierge services and lifestyle advice
- Travel consultation and limited reservation assistance
- Meeting the demands of our Card Members by collaborating with our food and beverage lounge partners
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of recent experience serving premium customers is required.
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel business, including trip reservation, is necessary.
- a strong desire to provide proactive answers to customers
- Outstanding communication abilities, pleasing the customer with every engagement.
- The capacity to listen to the customer’s needs and make confident recommendations, resulting in great customer satisfaction with the service obtained.
- Must be extremely professional and keep a pleasant attitude in all dealings.
- Because the lounge is a very lively, fast-paced team workplace, the ability to rely on and collaborate with your colleagues is crucial.
- Ability to make rapid and effective judgments in unexpected situations, placing the Card Members’ experience at the forefront of all you do.
- Must be resourceful and capable of properly using the Internet while offering support in a face-to-face customer situation.
- The ability to use and transition between numerous technology platforms with ease.
- Being adaptable and resilient in an ever-changing environment.
- It is necessary to be able to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Some occupational responsibilities may necessitate light to moderate lifting.
