Position Description:
CSs work one-on-one with travelers who travel with and rely on mobility equipment over the phone. Because the airline has damaged the traveler’s mobility equipment, the CS acts as a case manager, addressing each damage claim with the passenger from start to finish. CS personnel collaborate closely with technicians, airline personnel, and passengers to create a cost-effective, efficient, and humane solution.
Responsibilities:
- White Glove Customer Service from A to Z
- Conducting outbound calls to consumers in order to assist them
- Dealing with disgruntled and potentially outraged consumers
- Think outside of the box
- Situational customer care approach – Critical thinking skills outside the box to care for customers
- Compassionate
- Business Culture: To them, this is everything. The management team is helpful.
- At any given time, 40-50 customers (this is the total workload running)
- Contact consumers every 2-3 days to ensure excellent service.
- Handle your consumers however you see fit.
