Position Description:
Experian’s technology services division’s Customer Success team attempts to achieve meaningful improvements in how technology is provided to our business with the purpose of enhancing results for our end customers. Working with internal business stakeholders, the team identifies and prioritizes areas of highest effect and collaborates with internal technology teams to develop action plans.
As a customer success analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to drive and carry out continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and carry out communication strategy, including the creation of strategic messages for important internal stakeholders.
- Surveys must be planned and designed, as well as evaluated and presented.
- Lead the initiative to establish, collect, and analyze metrics, as well as to continuously improve business unit-owned processes.
- Ability to take projects from initial concept through final implementation
- Increase adoption by effectively selling our platforms throughout the organization.
- Be a champion of the customer’s voice.
- To successfully represent IT platforms to internal groups and stakeholders, you must have a high level of subject matter competence.
- Help with the development, administration, and delivery of user training in a number of formats.
- Be able to hold a meaningful dialogue with an audience and elicit feedback
- Handle ad hoc requests, working with requestors to understand the underlying problem or “task to be done.”
- Familiar with customer-facing activities
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or other comparable field is required.
- A minimum of three years of similar experience is necessary.
- Understanding and knowledge of computer software and applications.
