Responsibilities:

  • By contributing to and taking part in a systematic development process, creating training curricula and performance-improving resources on systems, processes, and products
  • Helping to build a performance improvement solution and taking part in the curriculum development process to make sure performance gaps are addressed in an analysis phase
  • Assembling, editing, and creating training media, including audio, video, and still images
  • Creating quality training materials that enable dealers to provide better customer assistance and increase performance metrics
  • Delivering dealer-facing solutions that will help the Turf & Utility (B2C), Small Ag (B2C and B2B), and Production & Precision Ag teams better serve their clients and increase product sales.
  • establishing connections with internal and external stakeholders to get the resources needed for development and feedback on materials for performance improvement
  • Putting together and carrying out a short- and long-term training strategy in collaboration with diverse stakeholders in supporting systems, procedures, and products; assembling and categorizing content from diverse sources while working with stakeholders within and outside of the department
  • Deciding on and creating the best training approach and medium using effective instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Running reports and data analysis; examining training reports, NPS ratings, and comments from training feedback; and producing summaries of specifics from the larger data set.
  • Changing the content, distribution, or environment in response to evaluation results
  • Maintaining or assisting in the upkeep of an electronic repository of educational resources and data files so that it can be shared and made available to others
  • Maintaining location, checkout method, and scheduling for video/media/AV equipment
  • Facilitating the transfer of responsibility from the group in charge of developing the contents to the group in charge of delivering the materials.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to reach target consumers for performance improvement materials
  • From the beginning of the project to its conclusion, working as a team
  • 15% of the time, presenting training to a wider audience

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, training, or business, or comparable experience
  • A background in marketing Previous experience creating and editing videos (further training available)
  • Initiative and enthusiasm
