For our creative team, DraftKings is looking for an innovative Lead Copywriter. With an emphasis on broadcast, video content, as a Lead Copywriter, you will leverage your understanding of conceptual advertising and campaign execution to create conceptual advertising that yields quantifiable, advantageous business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Produce several original ideas for each task specified in the brief. the capacity to develop and carry out fully integrated big idea campaigns using a range of media.
• While out-of-home, experiential, product naming, branding, and digital video will all be included, television and digital video will be the main focus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to represent ideas and concepts in cross-functional situations.
• Collaborate closely with the Direct Response Studio team to assist in putting ideas into practice for various executions.
• Work together with designers to carry out deliverables that are creative.

Requirements:

• Award-winning portfolio featuring several comedic and TV broadcast samples. Included should be prior experience developing content for iGaming and/or sports brands. For your application to be taken into consideration, it must include a link to the portfolio you sent with your résumé.
• 8+ years of experience working for a related in-house agency or advertising agency.
• eight plus years of expertise in post-production, production, and conceptualization for television.
• exceptional written, visual, and conversational communication abilities.
• inventiveness, a spirit of cooperation, self-assurance, initiative, and zeal.
• pay attention to grammar and details.
• the readiness to roll up one’s sleeves and finish tasks in a hectic setting.
