During a 2–3 month contract, Robert Half is looking for a copy editor in the Manchester, New Hampshire area. Candidates must be willing and able to work during eastern (EST) hours for this remote opportunity, which will be 25–40 hours per week (depending on the weekly project flow).

Several pieces of content will be reviewed and edited by the copy editor for a brand-new web platform project. It is preferable to be familiar with APA, CMS, or AP Style. Experience editing framing language and keeping voice/tone is required. Apply now if you’re interested and available!

Requirements:

• Degree in communications, English, or a related field
• 2+ years of proofreading and copyediting expertise
• A bonus is having expertise in legal services or education.
• The capacity to use style guides
• Knowledge of APA, the Chicago Manual of Style, or AP preferred style

• Detail-oriented
