To ensure constant and efficient connection with our target audience, you will be in charge of writing, editing, and proofreading diverse materials as a communications specialist. To create interesting material for both online and offline platforms, you will largely use the WordPress and Constant Contact applications. This is a wonderful chance to strengthen our communication efforts and add to the brand messaging of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Newsletters, press releases, blog articles, website content, social media updates, and promotional materials are just a few of the pieces you can create, write, edit, and proofread.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to acquire data, comprehend project needs, and make sure messaging is accurate and consistent.
  • Create and publish interesting material on a variety of digital channels by utilizing the WordPress and Constant Contact programs.
  • To increase visibility and increase traffic, optimize content for search engines (SEO).
  • Conduct research on issues relating to your sector to come up with new ideas and stay informed.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars to schedule and coordinate the creation and distribution of content.
  • Make sure that the tone, voice, and brand guidelines of the company are adhered to throughout all content.
  • Analyze and track the effectiveness of your communications materials to spot problem areas and make the required corrections.
  • Keep up with new developments in communication and content creation, including technologies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a similar discipline.
  • A track record of success in a communications specialist or comparable position, with a concentration on writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Proficiency in the use of WordPress and Constant Contact for content creation and publication.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
  • strong knowledge of SEO content optimization.
  • Knowledge of the principles and resources of graphic design is an asset.
  • A capacity for multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a hectic situation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work well with cross-functional teams.
