Requirements:
Specifically, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer that meets the following criteria:
- Outstanding communication abilities in English, both written and spoken
- Three or more years of experience leading operations
- Show that you have broad knowledge of operations, technology, and e-commerce.
- a track record of successfully growing dropshipping business from eight to nine figures
- Experience managing and developing teams for more than five years, as well as monitoring performance indicators, in the supply chain and logistics of an online dropshipping business
- Capacity to design and implement flexible operational systems and procedures that can quickly adjust to changing market conditions and business expansion
- Proficiency in overseeing connections with outside partners
- worked with more than 5,000 SKU catalogs
- Recognize and act upon the ERP, balance sheet, and P&L data.
- a track record of successfully directing sales and company development cycles
- Is able to travel throughout the United States
Responsibilities:

- Continually carry out the business plan, meeting or surpassing the short-, near-, and long-term objectives and targets of the organization (including P&L ownership).
- Immediately supervise the executive group and, consequently, their divisions. Hold department heads responsible for exceedingly high performance and execution standards.
- Encourage responsibility, clarity, trust, and alignment throughout the whole business.
- Throughout, plan outstanding, data-driven decision-making. Address problems in an efficient manner. When necessary, take the lead in making important decisions.
- Possess the company’s operating system (EOS), guaranteeing really fruitful encounters that propel the business ahead.
- Create and put into place the scalable solutions (people, systems, and processes) required to maintain ongoing operations, accommodate anticipated growth, and reduce growing pains.
