Position Description

LHH – Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for a skilled Cash Applications and Billing Specialist to support our client’s needs. This is a freelance, temporary position that has the potential to be converted to full-time based on successful performance.

Responsibilities

– Receiving payments
– Applying payments to open invoices
– Resolving invoice issues
– Researching misapplied payments
– Generating invoices
– Working with the collections team
– Assist with other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

– At least 1+ years of experience in cash applications and billing
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially in Excel
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.
