Position Description:

To engage with automotive partners and support product engineering teams in obtaining certification with Apple, the Car Experience team is seeking a diligent, highly driven engineering program manager. The duties of this hybrid position fall somewhere between technical engineering and program management; they include giving technical design and development advice, managing certification records for all Car Experience programs (including CarPlay and digital car keys in Apple Wallet), and facilitating communication between Apple and the engineering departments of the world’s automakers.

Key Requirements

• experience in embedded systems engineering and project management
• Ability to prioritize a large task while maintaining exceptional quality. expertise in triaging, filtering, prioritizing, and carrying out.

• The ideal qualification for this position is technical project expertise in the development of vehicle systems (infotainment, telematics, wireless technologies).

• Proven track record of advancing programs
• Identifying opportunities, designing, leading, and implementing program-level initiatives—from beginning to end.
• knowledge of using Python scripts for data extraction or validation when automating manual operations

Knowledge & Experience

a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a closely related field
System engineering, technical program management, and automotive software development professionals with three to five years of experience
