- Using call lists, provide registered stockholders with inbound and outbound customer support.
- Inform shareholders about the board and shareholder initiatives, voting options, and various business actions.
- Keep track of and monitor unresolved issues and promptly inform clients.
- Enter data into the Access database.
- Contribute to the creation of campaign themes to guarantee that the right story is told.
- In a hectic call center, you should be making 20–25 calls every hour.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Using a shareholder call list that Oka will supply, the candidate will be making outbound calls to shareholders.
