- Accept calls and emails from staff members and their dependents for general insurance questions.
- Help with resetting login information through an online portal
- Respond quickly and deal with/resolve customer questions and issues.
- Keep track of your interactions with and purchases from customers.
- Keep a record of all queries, remarks, grievances, and actions.
- Follow up on and complete all open cases and client inquiries.
- Regularly interact with people (both individually and in groups) and communicate via a variety of channels (such as email and the phone)
