Position Description:

To make sure that every patient’s initial engagement is amazing, our Call Center Specialists collaborate with the Confirmation, Sales, and Recare teams. We at Smile Magic’s call center are responsible for reaching out to current and new patients to inform them of our services, describe how we treat patients, and collect the necessary data to schedule an appointment. We follow the prescribed procedures to confirm appointments and help patients with reminder follow-up in addition to creating the appointment.

Representatives:

• Being able to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere and being versatile enough to manage multiple priorities while remaining very professional
• Possess top-notch telephone manners: To effectively define our services to patients and gather information, we must communicate in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Ensure that phone customers receive first-rate customer service.
• attain inbound and outbound call targets set by the department

Knowledge and Experience

• equivalent to a high school diploma
• knowledge on how to use the Google Suite of products
• proficiency with essential call center software and apps
• very good at typing
