As the initial point of contact for all potential new clients, the call center representative is in charge of gathering the data needed to evaluate and record the caller’s needs using a pre-written script that includes a predefined set of questions. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our product specialists to offer each client who contacts us the best possible help. You will also engage with the customer service and technical support teams to identify which customers require more assistance.
For many of our clients, you will be a vital member of the team because you are approachable, professional, and sensitive to their needs, making sure they are put in touch with the right person or group for the best possible assistance.
Responsibilities:
In this position, on a typical day, you will:
- Serve as our clients’ initial point of contact
- Answer dozens of incoming calls every day and converse with a diverse range of clients and business associates throughout the continental United States.
- Determine the project needs of the customer by working off a call script.
- Enter all project requirements from clients into our lead management system.
- Collaborate with teams to route clients to the appropriate division
- This job is entirely remote. This job requires continuous, focused labor during set hours; it is not a flexible schedule.
Requirements:

- You will be taking thorough notes on customer projects, corresponding with colleagues via IM and email, and sending emails to customers. You are an articulate writer.
- 40+ words per minute of typing
- Requirements include a quiet workspace free from family members or pets, dependable high-speed internet (DSL, Fiber, or Cable), and a backup plan in case of power or internet failures (we supply all computer and headphone equipment).
- realizes this is not a position with flexible hours. You must be at your desk during certain hours, available, and prepared to answer calls in order to perform this function.
- Choosing a time to be available during call center hours: Sa-Su 10a-4p CST, M-F 7a-7p CST
