Responsibilities:
As a Patient Contact Center Representative, your role is to engage with patients, guarantors, and insurance providers through inbound and outbound calls. You’ll be responsible for addressing their questions and concerns, with the ultimate goal of resolving all outstanding self-pay and insurance residual accounts.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED (Required)
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with patients
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Fair Debt Collections Practices
- Minimum of two years of customer service or collections experience
- Six months of experience in a call center environment
