Job Type: Call Center Representative from home

Responsibilities:
- About 50–80 inbound calls and occasionally outbound calls will be handled by this individual each day, depending on the circumstances.
- They will be in charge of answering incoming calls with inquiries about homeowner’s insurance.
- They will be questioned by insurance brokers, financial institutions, and borrowers.
- They will answer calls on the mortgage lines while they are not answering calls on the insurance line. (The candidates will eventually receive cross-training to manage all calls.)
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in the food industry, retail, healthcare, or business is required.
- Must possess a GED or at least a high school diploma.
- Skill with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Solver of issues
- A relaxed manner of managing de-escalations
- The capacity to prioritize many difficult projects or queues while multitasking
