Call center agents are needed by Aston Carter! Incoming phone calls from current customers seeking account information are handled by this role, as is providing information to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payments and accepting new applications over the phone
- Recording client issues and complaints about the updating and modification of account holder information
- Basic data entry and follow-up mail and email communications.

• Takes care of account maintenance tasks, such as statement requests and modifications to accounts.
• Clearly describes the account’s terms, conditions, rules, and procedures
• Creates reports, such as the Cash Out Report and the CSR Daily Activity Report.
Requirements:
- Equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Two years of experience in customer service.
