Responsibilities:

Offer members friendly, efficient, and top-notch service. Answer all incoming calls politely and professionally, including general account and loan information. For all incoming calls, adhere to the call center standards. Establish connections by recommending suitable goods and services that will satisfy the requirements of members.

• Respond to phone calls from members and make suitable recommendations for their financial needs.
• Reach objective and KPIs for average call volume.
• Give all share items’ worth of accurate and pertinent account information.
• Handle desired account transactions and help members with issues with their accounts.
• Supply members’ accounts with generic loan information.
• Create numerous sub-share accounts.
• Foster relationships with members by informing them about goods and services that can improve their quality of life.
• Work a range of shifts according to operational requirements.
• Attend training and meetings as necessary
• Continue to receive marketing and promotional communications.
