For our evening schedules, Lap of Love is seeking a Veterinary Care Coordinator—an internal term for a seasoned call center representative—with exceptional customer service abilities to join our expanding team. Working from home as a Veterinary Care Coordinator, you will join a vibrant and varied team that offers pet families requesting our services empathetic interactions and customer service. Every month, Lap of Love, a nationally acclaimed provider of in-home end-of-life care, assists thousands of animals and their families in saying farewell with respect and serenity. Responsibilities:
- Engaging in good relationships with pet families is one way to provide customer service.
- Respond to a lot of calls for customer support in a remote or work from home setting.
- Schedule adherence is a sign of dependability, adaptability, ownership, and solid judgment.
- Compile and precisely record the pet’s medical history, then efficiently make appointments.
- Fulfill all performance, quality, and productivity requirements.
- Lead poignant discussions in a serene and collected way.
- Go above and above to give our veterinarians and pet families the best possible customer service.
- Must be prompt and efficient in fulfilling all performance standards, such as but not limited to attendance requirements, designated break periods, and work deadlines.
- The employee might be given additional tasks to guarantee the best possible client care.
Requirements:
- Experience providing customer service, in call centers, or handling a high contact traffic
- The capacity to pick up custom software and other apps like GoToConnect, Slack, Google Maps, Gmail, and NICEInContact fast.
- prior experience working remotely or with little to no interaction with peers
- a keen eye for detail and the capacity to learn new procedures
- Expected to report for duty each day at the appointed hour and remain there for the duration of their shift
- Participate in a 4-week rigorous training session that is required before starting work. One of the primary requirements for the role of Call Center Representative is attendance in the training program. Your employment with Lap of Love won’t start until you are able to finish the entire program over the course of four weeks if you are offered a call center representative position and are unable to attend all or any portion of the training session.
Workplace Physical Requirements:
- Physical requirements for the occupation include the ability to sit for lengthy periods of time and the manual dexterity needed to use a keyboard and computer.
- Capacity to lift fifteen pounds or more Schedule
- The Support Call Center is open seven days a week, 365 days a year, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- This is an evening employment, from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
- It includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Restitution
- This is a non-exempt hourly position that is qualified for overtime.
- Hourly wages begin at $15 per hour.
- Prior contact center experience and bilingualism may result in an hourly salary rise of up to $2.00.
