In addition to providing great customer service and responding to inquiries from clients via phone, email, social media, or live chat, a call center customer service representative at British Swim School Hudson Waterfront is in charge of fielding calls, processing customer service tickets, and ensuring that the client experience is pleasant, memorable, and personalized.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach your goals for the number of tickets and calls answered.
  • Send follow-up emails or phone calls to potential customers for the launch of a new pool or location, or for marketing campaigns (leads from street markets, presentations at schools, trade events, etc.).
  • Gain the necessary skills through continued training, role-playing, and coaching to facilitate dialogues that maximize chances for customer retention with both new and returning clients, drop or freeze requests, absences, and make-ups.
  • Handle complaints and difficulties from customers politely.
  • Give clients information about your products, services, and/or expertise.
  • Enter, preserve, and update client data into our client program with accuracy.
  • Handle orders, forms, applications, billing adjustments, updates, modifications, and move-ups for accounts.
  • Maintain family accounts current with the class schedule, invoices, contacts, makeup, and activity reports from the parents and students.
  • Handle and defuse difficult situations; if necessary, escalate to supervisors.
  • Add precise notes to all of your customer conversations in your family accounts.

Requirements:

Understanding, Proficiency, and Capability

  • Outstanding customer service abilities and an enthusiastic personality.
  • Able to function in a hectic setting
  • The capacity to follow British Swim School standards and procedures, as well as a schedule.
  • Capacity to finish the things you’ve been allocated on time
  • Capable of using suitable computer applications and phone systems (online platforms).
  • Xcel, Google Suite, and email platforms—especially Google Drive—are familiar to you.
  • Able to do multiple tasks at once.
  • Capable of working shifts on weekdays and weekends (the call center is open seven days a week)
  • Speaking Spanish and English well is a must; knowing another language is a bonus.

Requirements

  • Experience with high volume call centers and customer service
  • Education up to and including high school
  • POS and scheduled training have been completed successfully (JackRabbit)

This job is located remotely.

Earnings: $16.00 per hour
