Position Description:
Our company is predominantly a remote one, with 50 workers working from 30 different locations. The leadership team and founders are situated in Dubai. We are expanding quickly and are on track to do so even more quickly. However, something is missing, and we believe it might be you.
What you plan to do
- The Business Analyst, who reports to the Director of Marketing, will concentrate on
- generating useful insights from data.
- constructing the dashboards and systems needed to translate this information into action.
- Conduct in-depth study of the entire client funnel and lifespan.
- Analyze information about audience and membership from databases like GA, Nova, and SQL.
- Collaborate with various departments of the company and aid them in implementing the proper measures.
- Deliver insight and respond to the important queries that the pertinent stakeholders have.
- Create and take ownership of the business’s customer segmentation and CLV models. assist teams in creating measurement frameworks so that measurement is uniform across the organization.
- Monitor your goals and make appropriate dashboard updates.
- assistance with organizing and putting the test and learn approach into practice across the concerned teams.
- Within the marketing team, the measurement and attribution owner.
- creating reports and dashboards that benefit the team and the organization as a whole.
- the company’s owner of all analytical procedures and instruments.
Who You Are
- Our ideal candidate has experience providing business insight through business and marketing analysis.
- 3+ years of relevant business analytics experience.
- knowledge of customer segmentation, business reporting, marketing attribution, and customer lifetime models.
- a track record of effectively assisting groups and decision-makers inside such organizations. granting them the transparency needed to make data-driven decisions.
- a strong education, background, and marketing expertise, ideally in a digital setting.
- An analytics thought leader who is constantly looking for better methods to use data to inform and create strategy.
- MySQL and GA expertise is required, as well as comfort writing and using queries to offer insights.
- An advantage is having knowledge of Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management abilities, as well as the ability to take the initiative in a demanding, fast-paced atmosphere with many competing demands.
