A Lead Analyst for Business Analytics is being sought by eviCore. The Business Lead Analyst contributes highly qualified expertise to challenging Operations Management tasks and projects. supports and guides more inexperienced professionals. Functions independently, requiring only “expert” level technical assistance from outsiders. demonstrates judgment in the assessment, choice, and adaption of both common and sophisticated techniques and procedures. uses expert knowledge and judgment to create models and processes, keep an eye on trends, and manage business operations. may be responsible for continuing operations or goals or lead projects or project milestones inside a larger project.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the performance of the operation and any potential for efficiency by analyzing the current processes.
• Provide management reports and deliverables, and assist Business Analytics leadership in speaking with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and how the business analytics team can support them. Where needed, lend a hand with QA duties.
• By gathering data, running queries, automating actions and processes, and producing reports, scorecards, and dashboards, you may support reporting requirements.
• May be responsible for continuing operations or goals or lead projects or project milestones inside a larger project.
• Functions independently, requiring only “expert” level technical assistance from outsiders.
• supports and directs less experienced analysts.

Requirements:

• Desired bachelor’s degre
• 3 years of relevant experience in data management and analysis
• Have knowledge of using one or more of the following to create queries and dashboards: SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL Server Management Studio, and MicroStrategy.
• Python and SSIS experience is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presenting skills
• Analytically focused on the details, with a history of accurate reporting

Whether you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.

We anticipate paying this position’s annual compensation between 72,800 and 121,400 USD, based on important aspects like experience and location.

Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
